DO YOU RENT OUT SPEARGUNS?

No, we include all the spearfishing gear.

DO YOU OFFER SPEARFISHING TRIPS FROM SHORE?

No, we do not offer and we really recommend not going hunting from shore without first knowing the area, having spoken with a local guide or fisherman, and having knowledge of the currents and ways of hunting in the area. On the other hand, being a tourist area there are times when boat traffic is large and therefore dangerous for divers who do not have a boat to protect them if necessary.

DO I NEED A LICENCE TO SPEARFISH IN MEXICO?

DO YOU SELL SPEARFISHING GEAR? 

Yes, we recommend to let us know in advance.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Your deposit is non-refundable if you choose to cancel after your space has been confirmed as each Spearfishing trip is unique and require longer lead times and much earlier commitments and payments from us to our service providers like tour guides, Captain and boat.

When you cancel with a 48 hour notice or more, we only keep the deposit as an administrative fee.
When you cancel within less than 48 hours or last minute, we would need you to cover a cancellation fee of $250 US dollars on top of the deposit, to cover the arrangements booked in advance such as the transportation service (if required), private guide, captain and other services we pay in advance.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. The transportation service (if required) asks for a 48 hour notice for all cancellations. A private guide is also booked in advance; therefore your guide will reject all other work opportunities for that date.

If you wish to change dates less than 48 hours before the originally stipulated date, it will be possible only if we have availability for the dates you are looking for or if the weather permits.
In case we do not have availability and/or the weather is not favorable, there will be no refund of the deposit.
Having said that, we can always save the deposit for your next trip to the Riviera Maya (for one year).

WHERE CAN WE EAT THE FISH WE SPEAR?

We will fillet the fish for you, and we can also recommend good restaurants to bring the fish and they will cook it for you.

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We ask for a Deposit (paypal for the moment) and the balance can be paid in cash or credit card with a extra charge of 5% for commissions

HOW EXPERIENCED DO I HAVE TO BE FOR THE EXPERIENCED SPEARO TRIP?

You dont need any experience, we do have charters for both begginers and experts. In all our trips we adapt to your experience. We explain everything you need to have real opportunities to catch a fish.

THE REST OF MY FAMILY WON’T SPEAR. WOULD THEY ENJOY THE TRIP?

Yes they will, snorkeling in the Mexican Caribbean is one on a lifetime experience.

AT WHAT DEPTH DO WE SPEARFISH?

We spearfish from 15ft to 100ft. We also do bluewater hunting looking for fish on the surface or middle of the water such as Wahoo, Mahi Mahi, Sailfish, Jacks, Triggerfish, Barracuda and more.

DO WE SPEARFISH INSIDE THE MARINE PARK?

No, we never will spearfish in a Marine Park.

Spearfishing is a sustainable hunt and adapting to the spaces assigned for the recovery of flora and fauna is an obligation for us

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

Flip-flops / sandals, towells, extra cash, sunglasses, ORGANIC SUNSCREAM. We recomend to DONT bring a lot of stuff.

CAN I BRING MY OWN SPEARGUN?

Yes you can. if you dont have o dont want to expend money on that no worries, we have excelent equipment for all types of underwater hunting.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANY EQUIPMENT?

No, you dont need. we provide all the spearfishing gear. Having said that, we recommend that if you can, bring your own mask and snorkel for your comfort. Anyway we do have a bunch of different types of masks and snorkels .

WHAT AGE DO YOU HAVE TO BE?

12 years old for use a speargun.

5 years old for snorkelig.

3 years old for staying on the boat.

CAN I USE SCUBA EQUIPMENT TO SPEARFISH?

No, is illegal to spearfish when scuba in Mexico.

ARE YOUR PRICES IN USD?

Our prices are in Mexican Pesos. but we do accept USD or Different Currencies.

WHAT IF I NEVER SPEARFISHED BEFORE?

We will give you all the techniques and advices in order to make you learn and become a spearfisherman.

WHEN ARE YOUR SPEARFISHING TRIPS?
